I strongly recommend Sycamore Valuation for all valuation and consulting services. I worked at a big four accounting firm for the better part of a decade and then transitioned in-house to an SEC filer. My company was referred to Sycamore from two different, unrelated parties, an auspicious beginning to our relationship. We engaged Sycamore, and specifically Lambert from Sycamore, to complete two separate valuations, one of which is significant under SEC filing requirements. Sycamore distinguishes themselves in several ways but most importantly with its candor and ability to deliver quality, timely results. Our valuations were completed timely and accurately and with little to no back-and-forth with our third party external auditors. Enough cannot be said about this feat.
