I worked at a big four accounting firm for the better part of a decade and then transitioned in-house to an SEC filer. My company was referred to Sycamore from two different, unrelated parties, an auspicious beginning to our relationship. We engaged Sycamore, and specifically Lambert from Sycamore, to complete two separate valuations, one of which is significant under SEC filing requirements.
